These terms govern bookings and services provided by Four Paws Resort LLC. By making a reservation you agree to them.

Bookings & approval

All boarding reservations require prior approval with a set drop-off and pick-up time. Requests submitted online are confirmed by our staff. Please see our Services & pricing page for rates, hours, and out-of-hours fees.

Health & vaccination requirements

You must provide veterinary records showing your dog is up to date on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. You are responsible for disclosing any medical or behavioral needs. We administer medications you provide at no extra charge.

Payment, cancellations & no-shows

Payment is handled at drop-off or pick-up. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation. (Customize your specific cancellation and deposit policy here.)

Assumption of risk & liability

While we provide attentive, supervised care, you acknowledge that boarding, daycare, and grooming carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Four Paws Resort LLC is not liable for illness, injury, or other conditions except those resulting from our gross negligence. (Have your attorney tailor this clause.)

If you opt in, we send booking confirmations and reminders by SMS. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
